This Privacy Policy explains how the Perfumella mobile application (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information. By using the App you agree to this policy.
Perfumella does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email, or other personal identifying information. Your quiz answers, favourites and selected language are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to us.
The App displays ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain data, such as your device’s advertising identifier, approximate (non-precise) location, and app interaction events. This is governed by Google’s policies:
On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings; on iOS you control tracking via App Tracking Transparency and the Privacy settings.
The App bundles its perfume catalogue and stores your preferences locally using on-device storage. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to share it.
Perfumella is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no personal account data for us to lose. Advertising data is handled by Google under its own security practices.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
